REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Overview
At Quacktag, all products are custom-made to order. As a result, we do not generally offer refunds or returns unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Custom Products (No Change of Mind Returns)
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect selections made by the customer (e.g. wrong link, design, or platform)
- Orders placed in error

By placing an order, you agree that your purchase is custom and non-refundable except where required by law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To qualify, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Include your order number

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Production Errors
If there is an error caused by us (e.g. incorrect link programmed, wrong design supplied), we will correct the issue or replace the item at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, production may have already begun and changes may not be possible.

Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and work with you to resolve the issue.

Quacktag is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay for re-shipping.

Business Use Disclaimer
Our products are intended for business use. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased reviews, improved ratings, or business performance. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results.
